Your first session
In our initial meeting, our focus is on establishing a connection and delving into the aspects that matter most to you. This is a space for you to express your concerns openly.

Duration & Frequency
The duration of therapy is flexible, adapting to the nature and intensity of your concerns. The duration of a session is usually 50 minutes and takes place ideally once a week.
Including your significant other or family members is possible at all times.
Number of sessions
Typically, short-term therapy spans 10-25 sessions, whereas long-term therapy extends from 45 to 80 sessions. Ultimately, the duration is guided by your individual progress.
Your well-being is my priority, and the length of sessions will be determined collaboratively, ensuring that it aligns seamlessly with your unique needs.
