Can you relate?
Is something wrong with me?
Many people struggle identifying whether they really have a problem or not: Is it normal what I feel? Do I feel “bad enough” for therapy? What part is me, what role does my environment play?
Coping with emotions
Unidentified emotions can cause unnecessary suffering. That’s why it’s important to be able to answer the following questions: What do I feel? How can I identify it? How can I deal with my emotions?
If your fear hits the breaks in your life and things that you never questioned become unattainable tasks, e.g.: Why can’t I get into a plane? Why do I get panic attacks right before I want to go to sleep?
Shame & Guilt
Many of us are burdened by dysfunctional beliefs about how we’re supposed to be and behave, e.g.: I was too loud and taking up too much space at the party, it’s my responsibility to take care of everybody, …
You feel stuck in a repetitive cycle of toxic relationship patterns and don’t know how to resolve them: Why am I always attracted to the same kind of people? I often lose myself in relationships, I’m scared of being vulnerable.
When the view of the world has been deeply disrupted and changed from one moment to another. Reestablishing trust in yourself and the world surrounding you becomes a difficult task.
This is how I can support you
Here’s a preview of what awaits you in this uniquely tailored experience:
Bespoke Therapeutic Approach:
Recognizing that every individual carries a distinctive life story, coping mechanisms, and perspectives, I craft a therapeutic strategy tailored to your personal goals and aspirations.
The journey begins with becoming more conscious of your actions. We’ll explore your behaviors, reactions, and coping mechanisms, paving the way for greater self-awareness—a crucial initial step. Using relatable everyday examples, we’ll analyze these elements, fostering a deeper understanding of your unique experience.
Transformation through Alternatives:
Armed with newfound awareness, we’ll delve into the roots of problematic behaviors. Collaboratively we´ll replace dysfunctional reactions with constructive alternatives. This isn’t just about our sessions—it’s about implementing these changes in your daily life, allowing them to naturally become integral habits over time.
Compassionate Support from Anton:
Throughout this transformative process, Anton, my furry companion, will be by your side, offering an extra layer of comfort and support.
When you are facing urgent problems, but do not suffer from a psychological illness, I offer counseling as well. This might be helpful in the following scenarios:
- Alleviate inner contradictions
- Make difficult/important decisions
- Solve and reflect on job-related or personal conflicts
- If you are looking for personal growth or simply to get to know yourself better
- If you are seeking to unfold your talents and potentials
Our main goal is to apply new behaviors in your every day life and have them become new habits. Also, we will work on better self-management and try to increase your self-confidence and compassion with yourself.
